With a degree in Information Technology from AMA University and a career spanning roles at Technopeak, HOCS, and Carelon Global Solutions, I’ve developed a strong foundation in IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and network troubleshooting. My journey began in customer and technical support, where I learned the value of clear communication and fast, effective problem-solving.
